Flavours
Here are some of the most popular flavours, tried and tested by my lovely customers. But don’t worry—if you have a particular favourite not listed, just let me know! I’m always up for creating new and exciting flavour combinations.
Cakes are layered with buttercream and covered in either a generous layer of rich white or milk chocolate ganache, followed by a thin layer of professional sugarpaste. Alternatively, you can choose from a variety of creamy buttercream flavours to suit your taste.
Allergen information: all cakes contain dairy, wheat and eggs and are prepared in a kitchen where nuts/seeds/nut products are regularly handled.
Chocolate
Rich, moist chocolate cake layered with either chocolate buttercream or ganache. Options for hazelnut, caramel or orange.
Coffee and Walnut
Coffee flavoured sponge with crunchy walnut pieces, layered with espresso buttercream
Victoria Sponge
Classic vanilla cake made in a traditional way and layered with vanilla buttercream and strawberry or raspberry preserve.
Lemon Curd
Lemon sponge with tangy lemon curd buttercream.
Biscoff
Light golden sponge cake and creamy biscoff buttercream with a unique biscoff flavour.
Salted Caramel
Golden caramel sponge layered with salted caramel buttercream and homemade caramel.
Coconut
Light sponge made with coconut cream and layered with creamy coconut buttercream. Option to add lime curd.
Cherry and Almond
Vanilla sponge made with dark sweet cherries, layered with amaretto buttercream.
